At $699, the Optimum slow-juicer is an expensive item, however we can assure you this appliance is well worth the investment. Say hello to the highly-anticipated Optimum 600 (3RD GENERATION)

With over a year of designing and testing this product to perfection, below is a list of what makes it a world class juicer:
Low RPM - Only 43RPM
Designed to last, high-quality SGS approved parts
Induction Motor designed to last, 20 Years Comprehensive Warranty
Easy to clean (Self Cleaning function)
Low Noise, as low as 40dB
Ingredient flavour preserved, due to the slow speed of only 43rpm
More nutrients, vitamins, minerals and enzymes
Less separation & 35% more juice than centrifugal juicers
CE and SGS approved
The Optimum 600 (3RD GENERATION) operates via a masticating (chewing) method to produce a high quality juice. In contrast to the tearing extraction and high speeds of centrifugal juicers, slow juicers function at lower speeds and gently compress fruit and vegetables to ‘press’ out their juice, with the Optimum being the best on the market at only 65 RPM.
The auger action crushes and presses the food, releasing its deep-seated nutrients and enzymes. Richer coloured juice containing large amounts of vitamins and minerals is a result of the phytonutrients being opened during this process. Oxidization and separation is reduced due to the integrity of the cells of the ingredients in this method.
James Colquhoun & Laurentine ten Bosch Filmmakers "FOOD MATTERS" & "HUNGRY FOR CHANGE" state that: "Vertical cold-pressed masticating juicers are the most superior type of juicer! Cold pressed juicers extract 35% more juice out of your fresh produce meaning real savings from the first day you use it!"
Nutritional tests* (between a cold press and centrifugal juicer) revealed that cold press juicers extract up to 42% more vitamin C, up to 60% more vitamin A and yield between 35 - 50% more juice.
* Test results from Michelson Laboratories,Inc., Korean Food Research Institute (KRFI), and internal labs.
A high-quality cold press juicer such as the Optimum 600 (3RD GENERATION) (also known as a masticating or slow juicer) will definitely produce a superior quality juice and allow you to extract more from your fruit and vegetables (in comparison to a centrifugal), not just in juice yield (saving money the long term), but also through the preservation of the vital enzymes and nutrients, and the fresh tasty flavours.

There are many reasons why you should think about adding fresh juice, especially vegetable based juices to your daily eating plan.
Variety is the spice of life. Juicing allows you to consume a large range of fruits and vegetables that you may not enjoy eating whole and in larger quantities. You can easily reach the minimum daily servings of fruits and vegetables (2+5) by adding daily fresh and delicious juices.
Nutrient absorption improve longevity. A large percentage of the population has a limited ability to absorb nutrients from fruits and vegetables due to impaired digestion due to age, allergies or even continued unhealthy eating habits. Pre-made juices are usually pasteurized and therefore contain minimal nutrients. Fresh juices carry live nutrients and minerals direct to the blood stream in less than 20 minutes.
Health benefits abound. Green juices are highly alkalising, helping to improve energy, digestion and mental clarity. Juicing alkaline foods can also help to maintain the body’s natural pH allowing clearer skin, overall health and wellbeing. When you’re serious about your health, consuming the highest quality, nutrient dense foods should be your first priority and something not to be compromised.
Let's use an example. If you juice $100 a week worth of fresh vegetables and fruits through a cold press juicer vs. a centrifugal juice you can extract 35% more juice meaning $35 saved!
So, if you're juicing for a year with a cold press juicer you can save up to $1,820!!! (Meaning you’ll pay for your juicer many times over with the savings alone!) This is because cold press juicers produce a much dryer pulp than centrifugal juicers, meaning that the highest possible amount of nutrients are extracted and there is less overall waste. Cold pressed juicers operate at lower speeds (Optimum 400 is only 65RPM), keeping heat generation to a minimum. This not only produces a superior tasting juice with minimal foam and separation, but it also means that the beneficial enzymes and nutrients are retained. This is what benefits the body and your longevity.
