The Optimum P300 Dehydrator has 10 metal trays. 5 small hole trays, ideal when drying smaller ingredients and 5 large hole trays, ideal when drying larger ingredients. After each use, clean the drying trays and dehydrator lid with warm soapy water.

Cleaning the dehydrator is a simple process. After each use, clean the drying trays and dehydrator lid with warm soapy water. To clean the base of the dehydrator (the bottom part with the motor and heating element), unplug and wipe clean with a damp sponge or cloth.
